Great bunch of guys and girls helping the people of Cambridge.

On July 13, 2017, I managed to break my fibula and dislocate my ankle. The firefighters attended my home along with the Police and the Paramedics.
Unfortunately, I was in the lower level of my home and unable to get up the stairs to open the door for them. They managed to get the front door open with minimal damage, which was appreciated.
I want to personally thank Acting Captain, Ms. Schaefer and her crew for the wonderful, gentle care they took of me. I was in quite a bit of pain and pretty panicked, but their calm, kind proficiency was a godsend. There was a young man who kneeled down beside me while the splint was being put on and held my hand as I was in tremendous pain. I'm sorry I didn't ask your name, but you were so sweet and reassuring, thank you so much.
Thank you all very much for everything you did to help me, I am very very appreciative.

Absolutely amazing response to a call that Reliance would not deal with.
We were afraid to turn on our furnace because of water under our furnace.

We had three firefighters here within 5 minutes and determined that it was a hose that wasn't secured and asked that we have Reliance secure it when they come to our house tomorrow.

This team of professionals responded in a efficient and courteous manner despite a stupid neighbors mistake.
Making sure all residents in the near by gas leak were evacuated along with the families fur babies. What a great team!! I'm very glad to have them in our community! !
