(December 12, 2016, 4:18 pm)The receptionist knows you by name most times, and the students are very professional. If you are a regular then you do see them improving as the school term progresses.
(January 15, 2013, 1:00 am)I took up running in my mid 40's after lots of inactivity, and inevitably that came with a variety of minor aches and pains. I continue to use CCMH because they make me feel comfortable, their massages work, and you can't beat the price. They also take the time to recommend useful stretches specific to my needs as a runner.
