Chaves Auto Detailing

I’m very particular with my cars. I typically do a full detail before winter to help keep the paint and chrome in as good condition as possible in dealing with the horrible salt, snow, ice and cold winter conditions we live in. My personal detail usually includes a wash, decontamination clay bar, as well as a thorough hard shell wax job. I then finish off with applying a hydrophobic layer to all my windows so that I don’t have to use my wipers. This year I did not have time to do my usual day-long detail before the cold weather hits, so I decided to let someone else take care of it. I called up Eric and scheduled a wash, decontamination and sealant application on my 2.5 year old Silverado. I also opted for a ceramic coating layer on my windshield. The morning of my appointment, Eric called me to ask if I still wanted to come in for my appointment, as the day was supposed to be full of torrential rain, or if I wanted to reschedule to a nicer day. What a thoughtful gesture. I do this pre-winter detail for exterior durability, not short term appearance, so I said I would keep my appointment regardless of the weather. I was pleased with his shop. He just moved into a new facility 3 weeks ago so there are still final touches to be done, but it’s a great space with excellent lighting and great looking fresh red and white paint on the walls and floor. It looks like a proper detailing shop. The work took about 3.5 hrs to complete. When my truck was done, i came to pick it up and it was prominently displayed out front on a 30 degree angle to the building as though it was the centre piece at an auto show. Great way to make an impression as I pulled up. He did a great job on the decontamination and sealant application. He even pointed out an area on the paint which was chipped that I may want to look at to prevent corrosion from occurring. I appreciate this level of feedback! The ceramic coating on the windshield on my rainy drive home made the water bead up like a fresh application of rainX, except that it is supposed to last 2 years. I was very impressed with the attention to detail and the friendly demeanour of Eric and the professional appearance of his shop. I recommend his shop for the excellent quality of work, at very affordable prices. I will return with my other vehicles in the future. Great work.

The job that they do is first rate, but, I would rather tell you about them as a family. The family are "good people" and when you deal with honest hard working good people, you are never disappointed. Wishing you success in your new Location. BTW, your Mom is proud of you both! from start to finish they were very professional honest and helpful. Ive never had a detail done to a vehicle of mine before so I didn't know what to expect, but when I saw the results, and how back to life they brought my truck, I was very happy with their work and surprised at how good my truck looked considering the shape it was in at the start. I would highly recommend this company, the price is really good for what you get, and you can't beat the customer service.

Very professional and friendly service- my ten year old car looks years younger! I had the 1 Step Polish and they were honest about what they could achieve based on the condition of my paint (I have not used wax or polish in ten years) and yet the results were amazing! I will definitely be using their services again.
