Fantastic Service! Dennis diagnosed the problem with my LG washer leaking water over the phone! He walked me through how to remove the top of my front load washer to see where the water was coming from. He then suggested I call Reliable Parts and pick up the water intake valve. He offered to walk me through the installation once I received the part. $65 and my washer is fixed! I will most definitely be recommending Dennis and Nimbly Appliance Repair to all my friends and family. Thank you Dennis for your top notch customer service!

Had an issue with a microwave with no power. After calling the manufacturer and having a ticket created , Dennis called me within 12 hours to set up an appointment. He came the next day. He tested a few things on the microwave, which eliminated certain issues. Let us know he needed to order some parts, gave an estimate on when the parts would arrive and promised to contact us as soon as the parts were in, which is exactly what he did.

Once the parts were in, he called, came when he said he would. This gentleman is experienced, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. He gladly answers any questions you may have about the repair and is very polite. I will definitely be calling him the next time there's a broken appliance in my home.
