    After comparison shopping and testing multiple copier systems two years ago, I signed on for a new Kyocera Copier with Document Imaging Partners and have absolutely no regrets. Quality and price can't be beat the the support service is top notch (thank you, Marius Apostol). My sales rep was soooo patient with my long drawn out decision making process and is now considered a friend! Thank you for all you have done and continue to do, Joanne!

    Not only has the copier been maintenance free for 3 years, the service we continue to get has been amazing. Sherri-Lynn Teri runs this business the old fashioned way. With heart, compassion and very uncommon common sense. It has been a great relationship. Thanks to the entire Team!

    What an amazing company! I honestly can't say enough good things about the service we receive from Document Imaging. It's not often that our copier breaks down (they are absolute work horses), but when they do a technician is onsite in no time, they complete the work quickly and the results are always good. Thank you, Document Imaging. If only all places of business had the same customer service standards.

    We have had such a positive experience with Document Imaging Partners! They have been helpful and accommodating at every step from the initial proposal to installation & training. We have had the printers since December and the quality is great and they are easy to use. It’s also comforting to know if we have any issues we can contact their team anytime.

    We just received in our school office our Kyocera machine from Document Imaging Partners last week, and already their level of attention to detail and customer service have been impressive. I received an email from the VP of sales a couple days after the installation, which went smoothly, and today, just one week after receiving the machine, I received a phone call from the customer service agent asking how things were going and how they could support us with our new machine with training, answers to questions, etc.

    Wonderful experience with Document Imaging Partners so far!
