Before calling, "Bugs R Us", I called another exterminator (yes, I rated him as well). The man on the telephone at ,"Bugs R Us" was extremely polite, cheerful and professional. Immediately sent me an estimate and was quite happy to do so. If you want to deal with a NICE person, call Bug R Us and not, "the other guy."
