I honestly have nothing but the greatest things to say for this team!! Especially for Lauren who has taken the extra time to educate me and make sure I really understood why she was asking certain questions... and which factors would affect the car insurance policy premium. The most highlighting factors of my experience was that Lauren never made me feel like a criminal, which has been my overall experience with every insurance company UNTIL NOW!
