i had a car accident and my insurance introduced me to golden triangle Cambridge where i got my car fixed.they did a great job,i highly recommend this place for any one who wants to get their car fixed.great staff, excellent guys thanks Cameron most especially Andrew Weiberg you the best
My truck was in this repair facility from April 15 to April 24. I was updated by the facility on April 17 that parts were on order and would not arrive for many days. With April 19 being Good Friday this meant we were looking at the next week for sure. I received a call on April 24 that my truck was finished and that I could come pick it up. I noticed that there was alot of wax residue on my tailgate. I planned on washing the truck on the weekend so I would wash it off then. After I washed the truck I discovered why the residue was left behind. Someone at CSN scratched the tailgate and covered it up with with wax. I emailed Alyse Dodge at CSN on April 29 and she instructed me to bring the truck in that afternoon to be looked at and the scratch taken care of. The scratch was fixed that day. The gentleman at the vehicle rental desk (Discount) was excited about the new truck I was getting as a rental, maybe a bit too excited. The rental was not a nice truck to drive at all. I was glad to have my truck back. I have since found other damage on my truck but I am not certain whether it was done at the repair facility or in a parking lot since the latest repairs have been made at CSN.
I have just had some repair work done following a small accident. I was referred to Golden Triangle by the insurance company and from start to finish I felt I was treated with respect and given good service. I was contacted about any changes and progress, and I am very satisfied with the results. Thank you to all for your hard work.

I cannot say enough about my recent experience with CSN Golden Triangle - Cambridge and their Customer Service Representative, Cameron Ketchabaw. They went above and beyond in the repairs of my vehicle. They even detailed the inside of my vehicle which was not at all expected. I do not have a picture of my vehicle at present, however it looks brand new. Again, I just want to thank the staff at CSN Golden Triangle - Cambridge for the excellent job they did on my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe. I highly recommend them!!!
