Melissa looked after ordering a part (missing bleach dispenser) for my washer very promptly after we discovered it was missing. There were few minor hiccups with the fridge and stove but Dean has taken care of everything for me in a timely manner. Being in sales and customer relations, I know things can happen that are out of our control.
