Impeccable service every time I've needed anything. Although I've thankfully never had to make a claim... in regards to getting house or car insurance Lynne Fletcher will do whatever it takes to get your issue solved in a timely manner to meet your needs. UPDATE - just got off the phone with Debbie. She was incredibly knowledgeable and super helpful. She explained my policy in full and was even able to help me reduce the cost on my home insurance. That is the kind of customer service I like to deal with. If you need help with your policy, Debbie is your girl!

The service and knowledge is at an elite level regarding my policies, coverage, and rates. The convenience of being able to get things done without having to come into the office is a plus with my schedule. The many options available for policies with different companies allows us to get the lowest possible rates without having to do any research on my own. Overall I couldn’t be happier. It's a shame there are not more stars for rating because Debbie Horseman our Insurance Broker deserves a 10! My husband and I have been dealing with her for years now and she is absolutely fantastic!!
