Dwayne and Matt know their stuff! They were so professional, and friendly; it was refreshing to see how they deal with their customers. They gave me a reasonable quote (I got multiple), they told me what was wrong with my unit, and gave me legitimate and trustworthy options.
They were on time, on budget, they did a very clean job, they cleaned up after themselves, and to quote Dwayne, "leave the job cleaner than you found it". They even zip-tied loose, related wires next to the furnace. Like, whaaa? Wow! I'm extremely happy. House is getting cooler again. Yay!

I have dealt with many different HVAC companies. Face is by far, far superior in every standard. I will use them forever. You should do. It's nice having an honest person fix your home

We were looking to have a gas fireplace installed on a fairly tight timeline and Brent was able to deliver! His staff that did the installation were friendly and professional and the process from start to finish was easy. The fireplace looks and works great.
