Love Paws Away. They are very accommodating to last minute schedule changes, and there is always feed back from our walker. They are professional and kind.

Could not be happier with Paws Away. Had to leave town and have long days for work and Meagan was quick to reply to me and set up a meeting with my dog and I. Super professional and worth every penny. Will go to her again and highly recommend Paws Away to anyone who is looking to break up their dogs day with a nice walk.

I have always felt limited when wanting to travel or stay overnight anywhere with my 2 cats at home, but thanks to Meg and all the staff at Paws Away I am able to do so carefree.

They leave notes for you after every visit so you know exactly when they saw the animals and what was done and how they were. I have used this service many times since my first time with them and they are so great with my animals. My cats can be particular with who they trust and feel comfortable being around, but with Meg they feel secure and safe.

I will continue to use Paws Away whenever I need someone to stop by and take care of my cats.

We recently used Paws Away to take care of our crew (cats and dogs) while we went on vacation. The pet sitter left notes after each visit and all of our pets seemed happy and relaxed in our absence, which is a huge bonus. When our dog unexpectedly got sick, we received concerned texts and a phone call. I think the level of care is exceptional and compares favorably to another pet sitting service I have used in the past. My only gripe is that we were quoted a specific price per visit per day and budgeted for that, but were surprised to receive a bill that was higher due to the addition of an extra pet at the last minute. Although I agree that the extra pet added work and should have been accounted/paid for, I would have appreciated being told about the additional cost at the time that the change was made. When I expressed this concern, Paws Away told me that it was my responsibility to understand the costs up front. Sure, but the fact that the cost was changing would have been a nice courtesy to provide in my opinion. Regardless, I would recommend this service to Cambridge pet owners with the caveat that you make sure to get the costs written down before you go to avoid any surprises at the end.
