We had a bit of an issue with the solar lights we had purchased, and upon contacting the company for assistance, they immediately jumped into gear. Return communications were prompt and helpful, and a new replacement product was shipped to me without question or delay. I was really grateful for how easy they made it for me to continuing enjoying the lights. Definitely giving their customer service team (call out to Sherri) a high five.
