Greenbrier Place

I have lived at Greenbrier Place since it opened and can say you will not find a better building in Cambridge. The apartments are modern and affordable, the amenities that of a condo building, and the friendliest managers and neighbour's. I have never regretted choosing Greenbrier Place and often share all my positive experiences with friends, family, and co-workers. If you are looking for a new home this should be a top choice.

I've lived at 150 for years. It's a great place to live and is very multicultural. Amazing amenities, games room, gym, party room free to book for private parties. Modern and clean, it's condo living without the mortgage and condo fees. Mgmt and Super are excellent. Free coffee and pastry every Friday morning and a complimentary Xmas party every year (pre-covid). They actually gave us all a box of gourmet chocolate treats this year in lieu of the Xmas party being cancelled due to covid. A rental company that actually cares about their tenants?! Amazing!

My mum always said to me,,, Remember you never get a second chance to make a good first impression! My husband and I moved to Greenbrier Place and back to town from being away from “home” for a few years. And also we downsized and retired all in the same year! It was a very stressful time for us,, and if I didn’t have Cheryl to guide me through what life is going to be like in an apt? Well,,,, I just couldnt imagine! Cheryl and I sent countess emails back and forth (at anytime of day or night) and she guided us through this part of our journey in a very kind, and professional manner. When we met Claudia, she also is very attentive to detail and very professional . They make a wonderful team in the office. As stated in other reviews, yes there have been some minor issues here and there, but if you submit a maintenance requisition, your request in taken care of by Carlos in a timely manner, The amenities of the building are superb! I have had family functions in the games room, danced in Zumba classes, had work outs in the gym, played pool and ping pong, and sat with coffee and a pastry on Friday mornings, and made some new friends , and a Happy New Years get together! And this is just in the short 6 weeks we have lived here,
We feel very safe, secure and content in our new way of life and our new surroundings, and one last thing,,,, Thank you Carlos for keeping the parking lot plowed and salted!!,!,

This building accepts all kinds of races. Am african American with mixed kids and we've never felt more safer than any wheels. Lived in this building for 3 years now. No complaints. First time I've lived somewhere, where the management actually cares. They go out of their way to help ,make you fell at home and they're the neatest management ever came across..

I'm not sure where this poor reviews are coming from. I have lived in the second building since it opened and yes there were some aesthetic issues but they were very quick to fix them for me. The floors are laminate and are done properly. Bit of paint splashes on the floor but you can get it out very easily. Quiet building. Friendly neighbours. Fantastic amenities. The property managers are helpful and friendly. I HIGHLY doubt they would be racist. If there wasn't an appointment to view the building perhaps that's why someone may have been asked to leave. Definitely don't find the building to be cheap in any way. With the cost of rent right now this place is a steal.
