My husband and I had an incident with a driver for this company on the highway which was extremely dangerous and terrifying, especially considering our 9 month old son was travelling with us. Had my husband not been tactful in his driving, we surely would have had a fatal crash. Since the company number was posted on the vehicle, I immediately called to report what had happened. Albert responded immediately the following day, as they were closed when I had called. He was extremely courteous and professional and apologized for what had happened, assuring me that he would speak with the driver and get to the bottom of things.
I just wanted to leave a review about this experience and to say that though everyone makes mistakes, not everyone is willing to own up and fix them. I feel that Albert genuinely cares about his business and potential customers and though I have no experience dealing with his actual services, I can say that someone who responds so promptly and respectfully to an issue that someone has, that isn't even a customer, is surely a great and trustworthy business owner. It is rare now to find great customer service like this, let alone companies that care even when a sale isn't on the line.
