Very knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and I found she did not push you into purchasing something unless you were comfortable with the item. I have purchased several items from her along with my husband and 2 sons. I would highly recommend Arezoo to anyone looking for an engagement ring to any other precious piece of jewelry.
