(February 23, 2019, 5:09 pm)This is a really impressive Indigo. It’s very clean, well laid out, and spacious. While it sells lots of books, there’s a bunch more items in store as well. The focus is still books but the number of complimentary items to reading give you be full experience. The staff were friendly. The branding for this store is also very calming which is great for reading. Good job!
(December 24, 2018, 8:15 pm)Store is doing a great job after its grand opening and manages to keep up with all of the recent Christmas shoppers. Staff really brings the store to life and the design is beautiful to the eyes. Keep up what you're doing!
(December 24, 2018, 8:07 pm)I was soo excited when I heard that an Indigo was opening up in Cambridge! I went in for the very first time to do some shopping and I don't regret a thing. Rachel, an Indigo employee was the sweetest person I've ever met. Was really helpful and had a strong knowledge on the store as she helped me find the items I was looking for and even put a board game on hold for me at another location. I didn't even know that was possible! I will be definitely be returning and will keep an eye out for other outstanding employees.
(December 24, 2018, 6:04 am)Indigo was a great addition to the Cambridge Centre Mall! My kids and I absolutely love it. For anybody that expects 100% perfection in a brand new store that just opened during the busy holiday season - you're out of your mind. To complain about longer line ups around Christmas time is ridiculous. I have visited the store several times and I do see a lot of happy kids in the store with their families. For the grumpy adults who feel entitled to complain all the time (like spending hours posting angry Google reviews because they don't have anything better to do)... I highly recommend a self help book. The store looks great! We needed this in Cambridge.
