Our family relocated to the US from Kitchener, ON several years ago. At the time we chose to rent our home rather than sell.

I had expected some difficulty renting out property from such a long distance away but RentCorp made the process practically hassle free for us. I would always receive very quick responses from inquiries, they did an excellent job responding to tenant inquiries and passing that feedback onto us. Once set up the money in/out was very simple to handle and the ledger was clean and simple when it came around to tax season. Our house was fairly hassle free during that time period but the one issue we did have was handled quickly and with complete transparency regarding quoting and execution.

They really went above my expectations in mid 2018 when we sold the house with the tenants still present. They worked with our realtor and helped us prepare all the paperwork necessary.
