Purchased 2 Verona double-walled glasses for our morning coffee. Love them! Purchased another 4 glasses as well as whiskey glasses. Grosche's products are well designed and beautiful. I highly recommend them to my friends.

Amazing customer service and a terrific business model that should become the new normal. Ordered a replacement beaker for a coffee press thru Amazon (in Hawaii, we have to) and ordered the wrong size. Grosche emailed me about my satisfaction and I thought, why not just talk to them? They bent over backwards trying to get me the right size at no charge, no need to return the first one & while they actually sent me the wrong size again, I was so impressed with their care I just ordered a new press and some coffee. They sent it well packaged and quickly, no shipping and a lovely tea steamer cup thing as a gift!

The teapots are visually impressive as they are functional, and the customer service is excellent. Very prompt in responding to my questions and excellent customer care!! I highly recommend their teapots and teas!
