My review is a little late, however in no way does that reflect the great experience I had with Canada General. Back in November my car suffered a catastrophic engine failure, resulting after all said and done just over a month without my vehicle. From the morning of the break down, to the closure of the claim, Sean was excellent in providing me updates, accommodating my car rental needs, and keeping me in the loop during the warranty journey that took a few unexpected turns. I was very pleased given the industry's "reputation" on how willing they were to help. Further to that, given the addition to me being new to the province, starting a new work place, and just trying to get my footing here in Ontario, it was very much appreciated the level of service that Sean provided to ease the already existent stress. My ONLY negative, would be how long the reimbursement for my rental came back to me ( over two months after the fact). That being said, there was circumstances outside of the ordinary such as Christmas holidays, the affect of COVID on the service level of Canada Post, and Canada Post failing to deliver the cheque. Once brought to Canada General's attention, they were apologetic, and rectified the situation.

All I can say is WOW, this company is fantastic! We are a high volume dealer and have been dealing with them for a few years and luckily haven't had too many claims but I have never had a single issue with them or customers regarding claims. Simply put their product is full of value and they cover exactly what you expect them to cover. Look forward to doing more business with them in the future and keeping our clients happy!
Been dealing with Canada General for over 3 years now. There Warranty has good coverage for my clients, and they are all happy with the service. Also there Theft and Roadside Assistance Program is a great value for all clients. Our Rep Monika also goes above and beyond to help us with any claims that may come through, and her customer service is by far the best I have ever experienced.
We have been selling Canada General warrantees and gap contracts for the past few years and have absolutely no complaints. Claims are always handled in a timely manner, no back and fourth trying to settle a claim. If the part is covered they handle it, no questions asked. We've even been through complete engine replacements due to timing belt failure. Again, no issues a replacement was found and labour was paid for. Would highly recommend Canada General to dealers or anyone in the market for a used vehicle!
P.S they have a pinnacle warranty that's only limited by kilometres, it is our best seller, NO TIME LIMIT NO CLAIM LIMIT how amazing is that?
