I've lived in a Gateway managed property for over 6 years. Having been on our condo board for a year and having seen the challenges that are presented to the representatives, Gateway's representatives handle these issues very well considering the challenging circumstances. Recently we've also had a lot of construction in our area and Gateway has begun to email us to provide any information they receive from the city, which has been very helpful for all residents. Overall, I would recommend Gateway and their reps as a condo management company.
As a owner at 35 Green Valley for several years and Gateway Property Management managed the property with excellent service, very professional, responsive and reliable I recommend them highly!
