Khalid is an extremely honest and competent real estate agent who is among the top agents in Cambridge Kitchener Kw area. He has been extremely prompt, professional, and courteous throughout the buying and selling process for us for two homes. We appreciate his keeping an eye out on the market for us and really understanding what we were looking for. He visited many homes on our behalf and saved us a lot of time and effort and made the process really simple. He visited so many homes in advance and kept us in the loop for market conditions and would let us know about hot properties before they came on the market so we can be one of the first to visit when they were officially listed. I am very happy to recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Cambridge Kitchener KW and Guelph and nearby areas.
