I recently contacted Pinnacle for a valve repair on my boiler. They were very professional and prompt from the time of scheduling with Larissa. The technician Naim arrived the very next morning to diagnose the equipment and was nice enough to go over some of our concerns with our water heater which was unrelated to the repair. The next day I was quoted from their head office and the repairs were completed by Moses who was super polite and highly professional. I strongly recommend their services, especially since they were able to come so fast in the midst of a pandemic. Thank you, guys!!
This is my second time using Pinnacle Home Services and they have made a customer for life. Prab was fantastic--expert knowledge, professional, friendly, patient, punctual! I could go on. He answered all my questions--really helped me understand exactly how my furnace and air conditioner worked. Equally impressive, he was very honest about about everything and didn't recommend things I don't need. They have great reviews for a reason!
We called their 1-800 number late one night (Jan. 17, 2021) when our furnace broke down and someone answered right away. We had one of the owners (George) come out first thing in the morning to our home in Waterloo to assess the situation and recommended a new high efficiency furnace from Amana with an extended warranty. Later on that afternoon, two of their installers came out (Oscar and Ata) they did a fantastic job, were very detail oriented, and cleaned up after themselves. Our experience with Pinnacle Home Services was excellent. We've recommended them to some of our friends and family already and everyone has been happy with the work they've done as well.
We had a representative from their company, Derek Smith, come out to do a home assessment. He was excellent at explaining the process for having a new furnace installed. He chose a furnace that was right for our home and did not take advantage of us by selling us a unit that we didn't need or want. They truly valued us as a customer and took the extra time to make sure we were happy. A follow up call from Kristian in management was an excellent addition, as he explained how to make sure our system runs at optimal efficiency. His advice will save us money on annual maintenance calls, which we greatly appreciate. Thank you!
Pinnacle quoted my project when I was in a real bind and time crunch, to make my first floor refresh and kitchen renovation a reality. They demoed, superb job on tile installation, plumbing that saved money, painted, trimmed, bathroom install, and much more, in under 4 weeks before Christmas and the Covid 19 second wave shutdown. They were professional throughout the process and delivered an end product that exceeded my expectations. It provided comfort and relief to have confidence that they would get the job done!
