Was greeted by a very polite man who listened to my concerns and invited me in, right away, to see what could be done about my problem. He listened to my complaints intently and took notes, promising to contact the agencies involved, himself, right away. I was very impressed by the service I received and hope the outcome is as good as the reception I had!
