5 stars really isn't enough for my experience yesterday. This was my first accident so I was very shaken up and had no idea what to do. Dylan was the first one to show up and I automatically felt more at ease. The firemen offered their tow service but were very pushy and honestly not very nice. I am so glad I went with my intuition and choose to go with Dylan...He went above and beyond and guided me and educated me on every step I needed to take. When I told my partner and family about my experience they were so relieved that I had someone to take care of me in a moment of panic and shock. I will never forget the effort and kindness I received. Truly feeling blessed. Thank you KW towing and Dylan!
