Amazing service. Fast and reasonable

Excellent service! I brought a new furnace from Pinewood Heating Cambridge location in March 2020 and I must say Joe was very professional with his work, he explained the entire process and answered all our questions. The service guys are very friendly and professional they did a great job installing the new furnace. The service l received was fast I was able to get my furnace install before the shut down of most services due to COVID-19

Very professional and their communication is excellent. They were hired to move my furnace to the other side of the basement and rework the ducts. Very good job and happy customer

I have used Pinewood for both my home and office. Both installation jobs were very involved and difficult. Other companies told me that they would have to demolish part of our basement ceiling to install a new A/C unit Pioneer took the time to do the job correctly without damaging any of the existing building. Professional, quality work, done to my satisfaction and on time. Joe has great installers. Highly recommended.
