Pizzaville

Amazing staff - I ordered a pizza today while wearing a mask and the fellow that took the order misunderstood me because of the muffling while talking with a mask on. When I went to pick it up, we discovered the error and the staff couldn't do enough to make it right. Offered to make a new pizza, offered a gift card, offered free dessert - Wow now that's true customer service. Ended up taking the pizza home and it tasted fine and enjoyed my free dessert. Thank you Pizzaville - a customer for life. Much better than most places in Cambridge.

Pizzaville is consistently good. My wife and I have been exclusively ordering from them for over a decade. Good loyalty program, great in store and delivery staff and, most of all, consistently high quality pizza. I can't bring myself to order from anywhere else quite honestly.

You know that feeling when you order a pizza and instantly regret it once you take that first bite? Yea, you don't have to worry about that with Pizzaville (in my opinion)! Pizzaville has become my favourite place to order!! The dough is nice and crispy and the sauce and cheese are the perfect amount. I have tried many other joints, but I always come back to Pizzaville and am impressed every time. Even my parents who prefer to not eat out much get excited when I order from here :) Thank you to the staff who are working during the pandemic and coming to the rescue of an overworked college student during finals . You are so appreciated!!

Great pizza and terrific value. Large one topping with bacon tax in $11.30 (and they use real bacon, not bacon fake bits). The bottom of the pizza was cooked well, crisp and golden brown. The pie had just the right amount of cheese, not greasy at all. The young girl at the counter was very friendly with a big warm smile. Been coming year for years, will be back for sure.

Got a gift card from Pizzaville to try them out. Ordered 2 deep fried panzerotti's. Not as big as what I get from my regular guys for the same price. Also, the most grease I have ever seen. It was dripping out of the delivery box, everything was soaked. A greasy, soggy mess but hungry guys have to eat and it still tasted good regardless. Would rate less but used a gift card so didn't cost me much over and above.
