John is very honest and amazing. My daughter took her 60" Panasonic plasma TV to a very well established TV sales and service business at the corner of Columbia and Regina St in Waterloo ON and they said it was not repairable. John told me to bring it in to him so he could check it out. He ordered a part, repaired the TV and it is working perfectly. My daughter was prepared buy a new TV but thanks to John she saved a lot of money.
