(May 21, 2019, 1:52 am)I have found the pharmacy at this Shoppers Drug Mart difficult to deal with at times. They are often extremely busy and don't give accurate estimates for when prescriptions will be ready. I've had them tell me 45 minutes only to come 1.5 hours later and my prescription is still not ready. Even if I come later in the evening, I still find it to be very long wait times. Hoping there can be some improvement in this area.
(April 26, 2019, 7:16 pm)the cashiers are so kind and welcoming. all of them always engage and carry on conversations with a smile on their face! i’ve also found they’re very informative when it comes to concerns of PC Optimum. i absolutely love this store and highly recommend!
