I am so pleased with the service Richard was able to provide! His assistance was vital in securing my original mortgage due to my tricky financial situation. I would not have my condo without him. When renewal time came around I was equally pleased at how easy he made everything. From reminding me it was time to start considering options, breaking down those options in terms that I could understand and meeting with me on my schedule. I highly recommend Richard if you are in need of a mortgage and want someone who will be with you every step of the way!

Both My wife and I have been pleased with Richard. Not only did he set us up with our mortgage when we moved he assist us with the bridging we needed to keep both house for 2 weeks to move. Even currently with any question we have about rates, etc, he never hesitates to help or answer a quick question.

My spouse and I were more than pleased with Richard's service. From the beginning he was very informative and straightforward with everything we needed to accomplish before buying our first home. ( we had some hurdles to overcome before that happend) he worked with us for over a year and was very patient and explained everything in depth. He was always available if we had any questions, and we never had to worry about if we would hear back from him. This was the best experience I could have asked for.
