Great place to live! Close to schools, shopping plaza, and park. Friendly superintendent always ready to help if needed. Clean community areas, thorough building security and affordable rent. Apartments are open layout with new updates/renovations. Definitely would recommend!

I have been living in my apartment for the better part of a decade and I have seen many improvements over the years. It's reasonably quiet place to live and near plenty of amenities. All concerns I have had regarding repairs have been taken care of in a timely manner, sometimes within a day or two, or even that day. Price is good...best "bang for buck" in the KW area. Building manager keeps the building and surrounding areas clean and well maintained, and has always been available if needed. This is no gated community, but you also don't pay the price of one. Overall, I enjoy living here, and have made suggestions as such to friends looking for an apartment.
