Always be prepared to be your own advocate. The secretary here is unprofessional and aggressive which has no place in health care. She has shouted at me, snide tones, acted like she has power to make choices about my treatment and asked how she could possibly relay messages to Dr. Stewart (isn’t that something a secretary would do...?). Once I called and left a few messages and didn’t hear back for months, when I called and got her on the phone. Other times, I have felt like Doctor Stewart isn’t hearing what I’m saying, but at least I absolutely know he is trying to help me. Everyone has to try to remain collected when dealing with difficult issues but being talked down to like you’re an imbecile is very taxing, especially when you aren’t even doing anything wrong.

Dr Dwight is amazing. Very friendly and professional doesn't rush you out of office. His staff is very friendly.

He's the best!!! He takes the time to explain everything in terms us non doctors can understand. Professional but down to earth! He's my third neurologist and I have finally found the one I will be staying with.
