The Source

We went to the source to return something and left with a new cell phone. The staff were amazingly helpful and patient. They did their absolute best to make we got the exactly what we wanted and needed. Special shout out to Colin, Christian and Adrian ( store manager) for their excellent service and knowledge. We highly recommend this location!

I went into the store to have my cell phone replaced but was unsure of its expiry date and the full details of my plan. Colin the employee on duty fully explained my options and a promotion that was ongoing. I ended up walking out with a brand new cell phone upgrade with 3 gigs more data for less than I was already paying and a free Samsung tablet that I was able to give to my Wife who did not have one. Great service and knowledge! I was extremely satisfied with Colin's professionalism and service. I will shop there again as a result. Thanks so much!!!!
