Dr Tibbo was the best doctor, and his replacement since he retired is wonderful too. But writing about my experience today, isn't about the doctors, it's the offices where they are located. I was told my sister needed a doctors note, so I went out to get my card, I came back in and was told they don't accept cards and only take cash. So I was told the pharmacy gives cash back and after being asked why I even needed cash back, I was told there was a CHARGE to open the register. Seriously? A charge to open the register?
I've been with Dr.Tibbo for almost 20 years and I couldn't imagine having to find a new doctor. Always answers my questions and has been proactive in my life.
Dr Tibbo has been my GP for over twenty years. He has always provided great service with a good sense of humour. I moved to Mississauga, but still drive ninety minutes each way for appointments because I don't think he can be replaced.
