(December 22, 2018, 8:43 am)My family has been coming to Warren for at least a decade now. I came in for a brake check and wheel alignment, though the wheel alignment they outsource to a place down the road. My parents have gone there for many repairs. We are loyal customers because the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices are very reasonable, and they never add hidden fees or overcharge for something silly. Unlike many mechanics, they will not convince you to pay for anything you don't need.
(October 5, 2018, 5:07 pm)Amazing people, excellent service! Their prices are fair, they always consult with you before doing any work/charging to make sure it is okay. They have also fixed a couple easy things for me at no extra charge. You can tell they have empathy and are not there to suck you dry. As an example, I once had a problem with my radiator. I called around 3 shops with great reviews and they all would charge me 50-70$ just to diagnose the problem (even if it was very obvious), but these guys did it at no extra charge! If you are sick of unethical and greedy mechanics, I recommend you visit these guys.

WENT TO WARRENS AND THE JOB IS AMAZING AND THE BRAKES JOB WAS FAST AND EFFICIENCY. WILL USE THEM AGAIN AND RECOMMEND THEM. AWESOME JOB GUYS!!!
