What a great way to start my day. Nakita listened to my concerns and started me with massage and cupping for my neck and shoulder pain. She has some incredible skills and I’m feeling better already!

I work a very repetitive job and I all of a sudden started having neck pain wirh extreme headaches that came from my neck. I couldn't even touch the back of my head without pain. I wasn't sleeping because of the pain and headaches and therefore was operating on 50% of what I could usually do. One day I could barely lift my arms up as my shoulder and neck pain was extreme. So I got ahold of Nakita as I am a anxious person and do not like random people touching me. She worked with my crazy schedule and my not being able to drive and actually did a house call and came to my house to do an assesment. After a few appointments, some cupping and pain treatments. She gave me a great exercise program and taught me what to avoid in everyday life in hopes that the pain would stay gone. She was able to help relieve the pain, suggested I changed my pillow which was extremely helpful with sleeping. To this day I am only get minimal pain when I forgot to avoid certain tasks.
I also trust her 100% with my daughter, when my little acro dancer was having issues with her wrists during her acro classes. She helped figure out the problem, gave her easy excercises to follow which she still does to this day and my daughter has not had pain in her wrists while she does what she loves.

Nakita is extremely professional, makes you feel quite comfortable and does an amazing job with educationating you on any issues that she believes may be the cause. I highly reccomend her for any of your or your loved ones pain.

I had my first treatment with Nakita a few weeks ago. She is the first therapist to actually listen to what I needed, and make it happen for me. I felt amazing. Will definitely be back for all further treatments. Highly recommend!

Nakita at ATFirst Therapy was integral in helping my daughter work through her hip discomfort. Nakita completed thorough assessment, explained everything to my daughter in language she could understand, and provided her with a follow up program. Since being in isolation due to Covid-19, Nakita has continued to show her dedication to her clients through zoom meetings, she helps my daughter make adjustments to her form, gives her positive feedback on healing methods and provides detailed online program. Thanks to Nakita my daughter was able to build strength and heal during a difficult time. We can't wait to see her in person again at the clinic! Highly recommend!
