Owner was very nice, responsive and knowledgeable, explained some troubleshooting in case mine didn't work and offer refund but there was no need. My cartridge worked no issue and printed clean. Saved me 50% compare when I buy brand new.

I was worried about the quality of print I would get but was satisfied with the results and I had no issues with my printer after reinstalling it. The instructions I was given was really helpful.
