The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the workshops are fun and high quality, and you get to take home everything you make, and sometimes some materials or instructions too! I love being able to borrow instead of buy for infrequent jobs and fixes, and trying out new items I wouldn't have had the opportunity to otherwise. I frequently borrow the sewing machine and have just recently discovered their amazing Braiser.
