I walked into Kober computers feeling very frustrated and confused about a quote for a repair I had recieved from another computer repair shop. The man i spoke with at Kober computers took the time to explain to me what what wrong with my computer in a way I understood. He worked with me to find a fix that was within my price range. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain things instead of just give me a price.
