Very good service and quick response. They thought my part would have to be ordered in and take a few days, but they found it by the afternoon and came back the same day to complete the repair. Professional, respectful and knowledgeable repair service technician. Will definitely use them again if needed.

Needed a washer repaired. They were very quick to respond. Diagnosed the issue correctly. The part needed to be ordered, but the tech kept us informed and called back as soon as it was available. The repair was done quickly. Very satisfied with the level of service and quality of work.

Peter, the technician, was able to quickly fix my dishwasher. He initially identified that I needed a replacement part and kept me updated on the process of ordering the part. He came to do the fix on the same day that the part arrived. Peter was very professional, diligent, respectful, and even gave me tips to avoid having problems with the dishwasher in the future. Our freezer quit after a power outage 2 days earlier and we only found out on Friday Sept. 9. I called the company and Peter came by after two hours. He was able to get it restored to operating performance in a short order. We were very impressed and happy to have it working again,
