I have spent years being physically active - running, weights, classes etc and i have not found any of it to be as enjoyable or as effective as olympic weightlifting with The Power Academy. Dave is patient, knows what he is doing, passionate about the sport and focuses on proper technique. He provides me with a workout plan to focus and practice outside of the classes and when I am travelling for work. The team atmosphere is extremely encouraging, helpful and fun! I love how strong and flexible I have gotten. Age doesn't matter as it is for everyone! I absolutely love it and I would recommend and encourage anyone that wants to try it.
