Stephen and the entire team at Century 21 were incredibly helpful in buying our first home. It was a lengthy and difficult process and whenever we ran into roadblocks everything possible was done to resolve them.

We met with Adam Padfield from Century 21 Heritage House Ltd in 2012. We decided we weren't ready to sell. He called me in 2016, four years later and he remembered more about our meeting than I did. He asked how my kids were doing by name, and knew their ages. He recalled some of the things we were working on in our home and asked how they were going. I get the sense that he is genuinely interested in my family's well being, and is there to help us with buying/selling when the time is right. It's smart sales strategy to follow up but waiting to follow up four years later? That tells me he's organized and ambitious, but he's not in any way pushy. Can't speak to his ability to actually sell a house yet but when the time comes to sell our's he's certainly won our loyalty!
