Michael was very helpful and informative when helping my partner and I purchase our first home together. Me and my partner did not have a car at the time and Michael was very accommodating, offering to pick us up in order to see some of the properties. Michael helped us find our dream home a few days after we met him. At first, we were haphazardly looking for places on our own. He was selling one of the homes we found online and started asking us more about what we wanted. He was personable and a great listener, so we asked for his help instead of the 4 other real estate agents we met that day. He was able to address some of the renovation questions that we had using his well-established knowledge of the industry. As an investor, having Michael as a realtor made all the difference in having a successful project or failing at it. He acted very quickly in finding a property that was just right. When every house on the market was selling over asking price he worked very hard and very quickly when a house became available. In the end due to his professionalism and dedication we managed to close a deal on a house that we bought 20,000 under asking. Later on he helped us a lot with the budgeting for the renovation and to set out a clear plan so we succeed in our investment. Even during the renovation he didn't disappear or waited for us to finish the renovation and then just to sell it again. Due to our good working relationship we sold the house with multiple offers and over asking price. He is able to answer all of your questions during the entire process and will always respond very quickly. He even assisted with an issue with the lawyer during the closing process.
Michael also assisted me with purchasing a new house and his services were just as good during the buying process. He is detail orientated and knowledgeable and pointed out several things during the house tours that I was not aware of.
