We had a great experience working with Claudia Belusa to purchase a home in Waterloo. Claudia paid attention to what we were looking for and found us the perfect home. Claudia was very professional, honest and you can tell that she has experience in the Kitchener/Waterloo real estate market. She did extensive research on each potential property and went above and beyond compared to what you would expect from a normal real estate agent. Claudia pre-screened potential properties in person and only did personal video chat tours of the good ones since we couldn’t do showings in person. This was the most effective and pleasant home purchase we ever experienced. Even after the purchase she followed up multiple times to make sure everything is to our liking and if needed help. I wish I could have hired her to sell my previous home!

She was easily accessible when necessary and accommodating with my schedule to set up viewings.
