Btw ... While reading the reviews I noticed someone wasn't happy with the way their "sausage sandwich" was "greeted". I may be wrong but I'll wager that they don't have a whole lot of experience with sandwich greeting, I imagine it wasn't included in the training video, but they do strive to please and I'm sure they'd appreciate it if you were to demonstrate for them the seemingy lost art of sandwich greeting. -

It turned out they were out of the bagel I had ordered, but was left a very kind note saying they gave me the next best choice. This happens, and it put a smile on my face to read a nice little note with my breakfast.
