Car looked great when finished and was impressed with extra sanitizing. Very reasonable price for full detail and clay bar.

Edit: The manager got back to me and arranged for my car to be redone properly this time. This time they did an excellent job and even did some complementary interior work such as washed the floor mats. I will definitely be back in the future.

Heffner detailing took my car in for a wash and wax service before the snowfall. I wanted to get my car waxed before winter hit to help protect the paint from the road salt.

My experience started off with me being told by Sheri that they normally don't offer their shuttle service to people unless they are doing a longer detail such as the gold package. I wasn't originally told this so I still got a shuttle arranged this time. I find this sad as I have dealt with other car dealers who will shuttle you to and from work for services that take even less time than a wash/wax.

After I picked up my car on my lunch break, I noticed there was dirt on the exterior of my vehicle in places that there wasn't before I dropped it off. There was also no tire shine applied to the tires despite the service description saying it was supposed to be included. This also made me wonder if the wax was even applied or if it was applied correctly.

Since this was my lunch break I did not have time to go back inside and complain. I still took pictures of my vehicle and sent my concerns along with the pictures to the detailing manager via email. I never received a response and it has been 5 days now despite getting fast responses when trying to setup an appointment initially.

Edit: Heffner contacted me and tried to make things right. My vehicle was cleaned again, and they did a much better job. Ive upgraded the review from 2 to 3 stars. Unfortunately, the two missing stars rest with customer service missteps, and there were several. I do not want to smear Heffner detailing here, that isn't my goal. In the end, I got a pretty clean car. In the past they've done a good job. This review concerns just this experience, and for me on this occasion I had some issues with the service I paid for.

I'm a bit put out frankly. I paid $180 for an interior detailing and my van is now dirtier than it was when I sent it in. There are ugly brown stains on the backs of the seats. The rear bench seat wasn't cleaned at all. No, not just poorly, but at all. There were still crumbs and such both on and under the seats. It's clear they didn't touch them; they weren't even wet from the shampoo. The reason I paid money is to save time. I now have to go back and see if they'll do it right, thus losing even more of my time. As a business you'd hope to fix your mistakes to make things right for your customers, but you can't get me my time back even if you do clean it right on a second go around.
The front of the van was cleaned, I'll give them that much credit. I waited 45 minutes past the anticipated pickup time for it to be ready. I have to wonder what took so long. They had it the whole day.
I had my van cleaned at Heffner detailing before and they did a good job. I don't know if someone just did a poor job on my most recent visit, but this is a lot of money. Why shouldn't I expect a cleaning service to clean my car.

Great service, my car looked great inside and out. Definetly reccomend.

Got their "Gold" package and was really impressed. They removed almost all the fine scratches with a clay bar and the interior was spotless. The car looked new again! I priced the competitors and it would have cost me more for similar services. I would strongly recommend this to anyone. Look no further, you won't be disappointed!
