Dr.Harris is exceptional. The help I recieved from her improved my life exponentially. The EMDR we did together had fantastic results and tottally cured my depersonalization. She is very helpful in helping with anxiety and depression as well. Dr.Harris really changed my life for the better and I strongly recommend anyone one to see this brilliant woman.

It was not that I was facing any issue in life. I wanted to get rid of day-to-day stress because I started feeling circumstances overwhelming. I have had two sessions at Bayridge Counselling Centre and I am feeling much better and relieved by now.
