Adrian has been a fantastic realtor. He helped my wife and I buy our first house this April 2018. One thing you will find out pretty quick is Adrian has a wealth of knowledge about the market and it always amazed me how spot on his advice was when it came to the price a house would sell for and the strategy that we were going to use to place a bid, if we liked the place. The other thing we loved about Adrian was his ability to work around our schedule and take us to see houses even though there were times that we gave very short notice. He also took the time to get to know us as well as our needs and wants and in the end we found a house that fit us so perfectly sometimes I still have trouble believing it's mine.
