Clean building, parking ok, appliances are not energy star and use the MOST KWs so plan wisely cause you pay your own utilities. Building is mostly quiet. Large balconies.

We will do our best to keep you happy and comfortable in your home here. The apartments come to you clean and in good repair. We do repairs as quickly as we can or a work order to Head Office with the next courier day. We do our best to keep the building clean inside and out.
