Country Hills Dentistry

My appt. was for 3:40. When the reminder call was received; the time had been changed to 3:50 with no call made ahead to me to be sure the later time was okay. I made it clear my time was for 3:40 as I had other commitments right after. When I got to the office I was left sitting until 4:00. My time is just a valuable as everyone else's. I am expected to keep my time. I expect the same courtesy from them. Otherwise it was not a bad experience.

I've been coming here for over 30 years and Everyone is so friendly and caring. Anytime I have to have cavity work, the Dentist is real gentle and efficient. I also like the fact that when I get a needle to numb my mouth, I don't feel it.

As always, since 1989, the experience yesterday was excellent. Staff are friendly and engaging and the services are provided at the highest professional standard. While we miss Dr.Johnston since his recent retirement, my spouse and I are thrilled with the manner and focus with which the incoming Dr.Sharkas has approached our needs including bridge work, implants as well as dentures.
